Best Pharmacy Management Software in Pakistan: An Honest Comparison (2026)

The best pharmacy management software in Pakistan depends on your medical store: how many people stand at your counter, whether expiry dates are quietly costing you money, and whether anyone will set the system up with you. This page compares six real options — ZoraFlex, PharmaPOS, EZ Pharma Hub, PillarNex, TekkPharma and our own Rahnivo — using only facts stated on each company's own website, checked in November 2026. Where a site does not state a price or a trial, we say so instead of guessing.

Rahnivo Pharmacy — the live system for medical stores

The short answer

There is no single winner for every medical store. ZoraFlex is the clearest cloud offer with published prices; PharmaPOS suits owners who prefer paying once; EZ Pharma Hub is built for branches and wholesale; PillarNex leads on tax integration; and TekkPharma targets chains that want heavy automation. Rahnivo suits owners who want billing, stock, expiry and supplier khata in one system, set up for them.

01

What to look for before you choose

Every company says its software is easy and complete. Ignore the claims and check these five things instead — they decide whether the software still fits your store a year from now.

1. Who does the setup — you, or them?

Most pharmacy software is sign-up-yourself: you open an account, type in hundreds of medicines, and learn by clicking around — usually at the counter, between customers. If that does not suit you, a done-for-you setup matters more than any feature list — someone comes to your shop, moves your stock list across, and stays until your first bills are out.

2. The honest total price, not the starting price

Pharmacy prices hide in three places: charges for every extra counter user, a one-time license whose support terms you only learn later, and prices that are simply not published until a sales call. Before you choose, ask one question: with my real number of staff, what will I pay every month, in full?

3. Batch and expiry control

This is the point that decides a pharmacy system. Every purchase should land in batches with expiry dates, the system should sell the earliest-expiring batch first, and near-expiry stock should call out to you in time to sell it or return it — not after it has become a loss. Check this before anything else.

4. Billing that survives a bad day

Load-shedding and internet cuts do not stop customers. Some systems here are built to keep billing offline; cloud systems need a connection. Neither is automatically better — but know which one you are buying, and what happens at your counter when the internet drops at peak hour.

5. A real trial with your own stock

A demo video is not a trial. You want days or weeks with the real software and your own medicines inside it, so you can bill a real customer and watch the stock move. Check how long the trial is, whether a card is needed, and what happens to your records when the trial ends.

PKR 50,000+

is where PharmaPOS one-time licenses start — no monthly bill, but a large first payment.

Rs 499

per month is what ZoraFlex charges for each extra user above your plan — the counter team you actually have decides your real price.

Pharmacy management software in Pakistan: An Honest Comparison, side by side

Every fact in this table comes from that company's own public website, checked in November 2026. Prices change, so confirm the final figure with the company before you pay — and where a website does not state a fact, the table says so plainly.

Two honest notes on this table. First, four of the six do not publish a price at all — with those, your real cost only appears in a sales conversation, so get it in writing before your stock list is moved across. Second, Rahnivo is our own system, so read our row with the same doubt as every other row — the trial is free, and the quote is fixed before you start.

What a real medical store actually pays

The prices above are starting points — the lowest figure each company offers. A real working counter usually needs more than the lowest offer: logins for the staff you actually have, and the full set of reports. Here is what that fuller set costs on each company's own published prices, checked on the same day. Where the full set cannot be priced from their site, we say so instead of guessing.

SoftwareWhat a real medical store actually pays
ZoraFlexPKR 2,999/month buys the Basic plan with 2 users. A typical counter team needs the Growth plan at PKR 4,999/month for 5 users, and every extra user costs PKR 499/month on top. Both plans include the pharmacy system plus stock, accounts and purchases.
PharmaPOS by MedSoftwaresA one-time license from PKR 50,000 to PKR 150,000, and no monthly bill after that. Ask what updates and support cost after the first year — their guide does not state it.
EZ Pharma HubNot published. One subscription covers the whole workflow and all branches, but the figure itself only appears in a walkthrough — get it in writing.
PillarNexNot published. Their site asks you to contact them for current pricing on both cloud and on-premises options.
TekkPharma by TekkPakNot published. It is priced as a project for chains — their public case study covers a 20-branch pharmacy group — so a single store should ask plainly whether it is sized for them.
RahnivoThe same flat price per store every month — billing, stock, batch and expiry control, supplier khata and reports all included, with no per-user charges. Current price is on our pricing page; the quote is fixed in writing before you start.

To be fair: per-user pricing is not a trick. It suits a one-person store that truly needs only two logins, and a one-time license suits an owner who hates monthly bills. The point of this view is narrower — compare the price of the full working set, with your real counter team, before you decide.

03

Each option, honestly

A real strength and a real limit for each one — including ours. A comparison that only praises one side is an advert, not a guide.

ZoraFlex — the clear cloud offer

Strength: A complete pharmacy system in the browser: drug catalog, batch and expiry tracking on every purchase, automatic earliest-expiry selling, supplier orders, low-stock and expiry alerts — with accounts and reports in the same system, published prices, and a 14-day free trial with no card.

Limit: The price follows your people, not your store: two users are included, and every extra login is a monthly charge. A busy counter with four or five staff pays the higher tier from day one.

PharmaPOS by MedSoftwares — pay once, own it

Strength: A long-standing name in Pakistani medical software with a simple promise: one license payment, then the system is yours. It is designed for emerging markets and works offline, which matters when the power or the internet fails mid-billing.

Limit: The license range is wide — PKR 50,000 to 150,000 — and their site does not state a free trial, so you judge it on a demonstration. Also ask, in writing, what happens with updates, data backup, and a failed computer in year two.

EZ Pharma Hub — built for branches

Strength: Retail and wholesale pricing side by side, profit and tax reports per branch or across the whole group, and billing that keeps working when the internet drops. If you run two or more stores, that group view is genuinely useful.

Limit: No price and no trial length are published — you learn both in a sales walkthrough. For a single small store, that process alone may be more than the decision needs.

PillarNex — tax integration first

Strength: Its loudest promise is compliance: FBR POS integration plus the provincial revenue authorities, with QR fiscal invoices handled by the system. For a store whose first headache is tax reporting, that focus is real.

Limit: Pricing is by contact only, and it is a broad business platform of which pharmacy is one part — a single medical store may carry more system than it will ever use.

TekkPharma by TekkPak — the automation project

Strength: The deepest automation story here: a central command view across branches, customer engagement on WhatsApp, and a published case study of a 20-branch chain unified in eight weeks. For a growing chain, that is a serious offer.

Limit: It is shaped and priced like a project, not a product you try this week — no public price, no self-serve trial. A single store is not who it is built for.

Rahnivo — the done-for-you option (ours)

Strength: Counter billing, stock, batch and expiry control with near-expiry warnings in time to sell or return, supplier khata, and the day's profit in one system at one flat price per store. Setup is done for you — in your shop in Peshawar, and guided step by step on WhatsApp elsewhere — and your stock list is moved across by us. Help comes in plain words on WhatsApp, from the people who built the system.

Limit: In-person setup is Peshawar; outside Peshawar it is guided, not a visit. We are also a smaller, younger company than some names on this page. And if FBR POS integration is your first requirement, check PillarNex before us — we would rather you buy the right tool.

04

Which pharmacy management software should you pick?

Match the software to your store, not to the loudest claim. Here is our honest answer by store type — including the cases where the right answer is not us.

One store, comfortable online, want accounts in the same system

Start with ZoraFlex. Published prices, a 14-day trial and full accounts alongside the pharmacy system make it the natural first test — just count your counter staff before you pick a tier.

You hate monthly bills and can pay once

Look at PharmaPOS. A one-time license ends the subscription question — get the support and update terms in writing before you pay.

Two or more branches, or a wholesale counter as well

Look at EZ Pharma Hub. The per-branch and whole-group reporting is built for exactly that shape of business.

Tax integration decides everything

Look at PillarNex. FBR and provincial POS integration is its centre of gravity.

A chain planning serious automation across many branches

Talk to TekkPharma. That is the job their system and their team are shaped for.

First computer system, and you want it set up in your shop

Pick Rahnivo. We set the system up with you, move your stock list across, and your whole store — billing, stock, expiry and supplier khata — runs in one place at one flat price. The 14-day trial uses your own store's stock, so you judge it on your real work, not a video.

Whichever you pick, do the same three things: run the trial with your own medicines, check that near-expiry stock warns you in time, and ask for the full monthly price — with your real number of users — in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Which pharmacy software is the cheapest in Pakistan?+

On published starting prices, ZoraFlex starts at PKR 2,999 a month for two users, and PharmaPOS starts at a one-time PKR 50,000 license. Rahnivo charges one flat price per store, published on our pricing page. The honest comparison is the full cost: ZoraFlex charges per extra user, and four of the six options here do not publish prices at all — so get your figure in writing.

Which one sets everything up for me?+

Rahnivo sets the system up for you — in your shop in Peshawar, and with guided help on WhatsApp everywhere else in Pakistan, including moving your stock list across. ZoraFlex is sign-up-yourself, PharmaPOS and PillarNex start with their sales teams, EZ Pharma Hub starts with a walkthrough, and TekkPharma runs a project-style setup.

Which software handles expiry dates best?+

Every option in this list tracks batches and expiry. ZoraFlex selects the earliest-expiring batch automatically when you sell. Rahnivo warns you about near-expiry stock in time to sell it or return it to the supplier. The real test is your own shelf: during any trial, enter ten medicines with close expiry dates and watch what the system does.

Does the software keep working when the internet or power fails?+

PharmaPOS and EZ Pharma Hub state offline working on their websites — billing continues and records catch up later. Cloud systems like ZoraFlex need a connection. Ask every company the same question before you pay: what exactly happens at my counter during a two-hour outage?

Can I try the software before I pay?+

ZoraFlex offers a 14-day free trial with no card, and Rahnivo offers 14 days with your own store's stock. The other four do not state a self-serve trial on their sites — they offer demonstrations or walkthroughs instead, which show you the software but not your own records inside it.

I have more than one medical store. Which one suits me?+

EZ Pharma Hub is built around branch and whole-group reports, and TekkPharma targets chains. ZoraFlex prices follow users on each account, so get the total for all stores in writing. Rahnivo charges one flat price per store with every feature included — tell us how many stores you run and the quote is fixed before you start.
