What to look for before you choose
Every company says its software is easy and complete. Ignore the claims and check these five things instead — they decide whether the software still fits your shop in the next Eid rush.
1. Who does the setup — you, or them?
Most tailor software is install-it-yourself: you download an app, type in your customers, and learn by tapping around — usually while a customer waits at the counter. If that does not suit you, a done-for-you setup matters more than any feature list — someone comes to your shop, moves your naap register across, and stays until your first orders are booked in the system.
2. The honest total price, not the starting price
Tailor prices range from a few hundred rupees a month for a phone app to several thousand for a full desktop system — and two options here do not publish a price at all. Before you choose, ask one question: at my real number of orders and karigars, what will I pay every month, in full?
3. The naap record — saved once, found in seconds
A tailor shop's real wealth is its measurement book. When a repeat customer walks in, his naap should appear on the order form by itself — not be hunted through a damp register. Check how each system saves naap per customer and per dress type, and what happens to those records if your phone is lost.
4. Karigar work and wages
Orders are only half the shop. Who stitched what, what each karigar has earned, and what is still owed — this is where the weekly arguments live. Some systems here calculate karigar commissions automatically; others track staff in a general way; some do not state it at all. Check before you buy.
5. A real trial with real orders
A demo video is not a trial. You want the real software with your own customers inside it through at least one busy week, so delivery dates get tested honestly. Check how long the trial is, whether a card is needed, and what happens to your naap records when the trial ends — those records are yours and must be able to leave with you.
a month is Darzi Pro's Premium unlock — unlimited customers, unlimited staff and up to five shops.
a month is NaapPro's Pro plan, above a Basic plan that is free forever — naap-first software at a phone-app price.
Tailor shop management software in Pakistan: An Honest Comparison, side by side
Every fact in this table comes from that company's own public website, checked in November 2026. Prices change, so confirm the final figure with the company before you pay — and where a website does not state a fact, the table says so plainly.

Two honest notes on this table. First, these are different kinds of tools wearing one name: two are phone-first apps, one is a Windows desktop program, and three are full shop systems — the cheapest row is not a smaller version of the dearest, it is a different tool. Second, Rahnivo is our own system, so read our row with the same doubt as every other row — the trial is free, and the quote is fixed before you start.
What a real tailor shop actually pays
The prices above are starting prices — the lowest figure each company offers. A real working shop usually needs more than the lowest offer: every karigar tracked, Eid-season order lists, and the full set of reports. Here is what that fuller set costs on each company's own published prices, checked on the same day. Where the full set cannot be priced from their site, we say so instead of guessing.
| Software | What a real tailor shop actually pays |
|---|---|
| Darzi Pro | Rs 500/month for Premium — unlimited customers, unlimited staff, and up to 5 shops. The cheapest full unlock in this list, by a distance. |
| NaapPro | Rs 999/month for Pro. The Basic plan is free forever and covers the basics — many small shops may honestly never need to leave it. |
| Hello Darzi | Rs 5,000/month for Professional — the highest price in this list. The free desktop version covers starting out; billing for Professional is arranged with them directly. |
| Darzi OS | Not published. Their site describes the system in detail but states no price and no trial — ask for both in writing before you move your records across. |
| CloudPOS | Not published on their tailor page. CloudPOS sells through plans and a sales team, so your figure arrives in a conversation — get it in writing. |
| Rahnivo | The same flat price every month — orders, naap, karigar work and wages, billing and shop accounts all included, with no per-user charges. Current price is on our pricing page; the quote is fixed in writing before you start. |
To be fair: a Rs 500 app is not a trick, and a Rs 5,000 system is not a rip-off. They are built for different shops. The point of this view is narrower — compare the price of the tool your shop will actually use at full size, not the smallest starting figure.
Each option, honestly
A real strength and a real limit for each one — including ours. A comparison that only praises one side is an advert, not a guide.
Darzi Pro — the phone app with the cheapest unlock
Strength: Built only for tailor shops and boutiques, on the Android phone already in your pocket: orders with due dates and statuses, customer records, and staff management. Premium at Rs 500 a month removes the limits — unlimited customers, staff and up to five shops.
Limit: It is an app only — there is no computer screen for the counter, and your whole business sits inside one app on one platform. Check how your records are backed up and whether they can be taken out if you ever leave.
NaapPro — the naap record comes first
Strength: Its whole design starts from the measurement: every customer's naap — qameez length, bazu, gala, chest, kamar, ghera, shalwar, panchah — is saved once and loads by itself into the next order. It runs in the phone browser with nothing to install, uses the words your shop already uses, and the company says plainly it is onboarding its first shops and will not invent reviews.
Limit: Exactly that honesty is also the limit: it is a very new, small operation, and karigar wage tracking is not among its stated features. If your shop's weekly pain is wages, check this before the trial, not after.
Hello Darzi — the offline desktop system
Strength: A full Windows program for the shop computer: customers, orders, measurements, printed receipts and finances, working fully offline with no internet needed at the counter. Free to download and start — a real offer for shops with a PC and a poor connection.
Limit: Professional costs Rs 5,000 a month, the highest here. Accounts are invite-only through WhatsApp, and cloud sync is, in their own words, coming in a future update — today your records live on that one computer, so your own backup habit matters.
Darzi OS — karigars at the centre
Strength: Work is assigned to karigars, their capacity is visible as orders move, and commissions calculate themselves on every completed order. It works offline and syncs when the internet returns, across Windows, Android and the web, with parchi printing in the sizes shops actually use.
Limit: No price and no trial are published — you start with a sales conversation, and a small shop cannot quietly test it first. For a one-karigar shop, its strengths may also be more than you need.
CloudPOS — the big platform's tailor module
Strength: A large point-of-sale platform with a tailoring module: measurements, stitching orders, fabric stock and billing, with multi-branch control and FBR compliance behind it. A tailoring brand with branches gets one system for the whole chain.
Limit: Tailoring is one module of a retail platform, and pricing is not stated on the tailor page — expect a sales process. A single neighbourhood shop may carry more system than it will ever open.
Rahnivo — the done-for-you option (ours)
Strength: Orders, naap, karigar work and wages, billing and the shop's accounts in one system at one flat price: delivery-date lists keep the Eid rush honest, repeat naap appears on the order by itself, and every karigar's work and pay is written down where both sides can see it. Setup is done for you — in your shop in Peshawar, and guided step by step on WhatsApp elsewhere — and your naap register is moved across by us.
Limit: In-person setup is Peshawar; outside Peshawar it is guided, not a visit. We are a smaller, younger company than CloudPOS. And if naap on a phone is honestly all you need, NaapPro or Darzi Pro will serve you for less — we would rather tell you that here than after you have paid.
Which tailor shop management software should you pick?
Match the software to your shop, not to the loudest claim. Here is our honest answer by shop type — including the cases where the right answer is not us.
You need orders on a phone and the lowest possible cost
Start with Darzi Pro. Premium at Rs 500 a month is the cheapest full unlock in this list, and the free version costs nothing to test.
Lost and mixed-up naap is your number one loss
Start with NaapPro. The measurement record is its whole design, and the Basic plan is free forever.
You have a shop computer and an unreliable internet connection
Look at Hello Darzi. A full desktop system that works completely offline is a rare and honest offer — just keep your own backups.
Many karigars, and wages cause weekly arguments
Look at Darzi OS. Automatic karigar commissions are its centre — get its price in writing first.
A tailoring brand with more than one branch
Look at CloudPOS. Multi-branch control inside one platform is what it is built for.
The whole shop in one system, set up for you
Pick Rahnivo. We set the system up with you, move your naap register across, and orders, measurements, karigar wages and accounts run in one place at one flat price. The 14-day trial uses your own shop's orders, so you judge it on a real week — ideally a busy one.
Whichever you pick, do the same three things: book a real order with a repeat customer's naap during the trial, settle one karigar's weekly wages from the system, and ask for the full monthly price in writing.

Frequently asked questions
Which tailor software is the cheapest in Pakistan?+
On published prices, Darzi Pro's Premium is Rs 500 a month and NaapPro's Pro is Rs 999 a month, with NaapPro's Basic plan and Hello Darzi's desktop version free to start. Rahnivo charges one flat price, published on our pricing page. Remember these are different kinds of tools — a phone app and a full shop system are not the same purchase.
Which one sets everything up for me?+
Rahnivo sets the system up for you — in your shop in Peshawar, and with guided help on WhatsApp everywhere else in Pakistan, including moving your naap register across. Hello Darzi starts with a WhatsApp conversation for an invite account. Darzi Pro, NaapPro, Darzi OS and CloudPOS are install-or-sign-up yourself.
Which software keeps naap safest?+
NaapPro is built around the naap record — saved once per customer and loaded automatically into new orders — and Rahnivo keeps naap per customer and dress type inside the full shop system, where it is backed up with the rest of your records. With app-only tools, ask what happens to your measurements if the phone is lost, and whether you can take your records out.
Which one tracks karigar wages and commissions?+
Darzi OS calculates karigar commissions automatically on completed orders, and Rahnivo keeps each karigar's work, wages and balance inside the shop's accounts. Darzi Pro covers staff management in general terms. NaapPro and Hello Darzi do not state karigar wage tracking on their sites — ask them directly if that is your need.
Does it work without internet?+
Hello Darzi works fully offline as a desktop program, and Darzi OS states offline working with automatic sync when you return online. Browser and cloud tools need a connection. Ask every company what happens at your counter during a long outage in the Eid rush — that is when it matters.
Can I try the software before I pay?+
Darzi Pro has a free version, NaapPro's Basic plan is free forever, and Hello Darzi offers a free trial started through WhatsApp. Rahnivo offers 14 days with your own shop's orders and naap records. Darzi OS and CloudPOS do not state a trial on their sites — they start with a demonstration or a sales conversation.
