These Terms govern the use of the Rahnivo website and software services provided by Rahnivo Technologies (“Rahnivo”).

2. Proprietary Rights

All software architectures, UI components, Guided Momentum visual designs, and brand systems are intellectual property of Rahnivo Technologies.

3. Service Levels & Rahnivo Care

Specific uptime SLA commitments, training timelines, and maintenance terms are governed by individual client Service Level Agreements upon project deployment.
